Storyline

When Dean Pelton begins checking class schedules, he discovers that Jeff has listed a class that doesn't exist. Just when it appears Jeff will be caught in a lie, the mysterious "Professor Professorson" emerges from the shadows to confirm that Jeff has been taking his class, "Conspiracy Theories in U.S. History," at night school. When Jeff later admits to Annie that he's never seen Professor Professorson in his life, the two decide to find out who the professor really is. Meanwhile, Abed and Troy are busy building the most elaborate blanket fort that Greendale Community College has ever seen. Written by NBC Publicity

Quotes

Annie Edison: This is so typical. You're just gonna blow off what happened?
Jeff Winger: Yes, especially when not blowing it off might cost me my free credit. Now, do me a favor. Be very un-Annie and blow it off too.
[Annie walks backwards in front of Jeff]
Annie Edison: Oh sure. Oh, I'll just blow it off. I'll just blow everything off. Heck, I guess I'll just blow off walking.
[She stops and Jeff bumps into her]
Jeff Winger: Okay.
Annie Edison: And now I'll just blow off standing.
[Falls to the floor. Jeff keeps walking]
Annie Edison: I'm just blowing everything off. I'll blow...

Really incredible!
7 July 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This episode is pretty much Community at it's finest.

The episode is making a parody of conspiracy theories, but it is completely unpredictable. That is what I love about Community, that it always finds new ways to surprise me. The climax is especially incredible- funny and creative. This is the first episode that I have seen (not seen all of the first season or 2nd season) where some characters of the study group are barely shown at all- Pierce and Shirley. That is not a complaint, since the episode is still pretty great, but one can definitely tell. Still, probably one of the show's best.
