Mike survived an attempted bombing, which 'colleague' Fiona recognizes as the masterly work of Lucien Balan, from Tallahassee. Sam helps Mike capture and interrogate him, but he's also a master in hiding the truth in plain sight, as it turns out because of his European past, and managed to alert a partner in crime. You have to move immediately.
