To get at Max's sinister murderer, who framed Michael, Sam must lean heavily on a brilliant hacker who is in no mood to do favors to the man who already got him convicted, but gives in under Fiona's terror. Michael and his mother meanwhile help Jesse with a supposedly routine business security job, but find themselves trapped in a massive kidnapping by the ruthless gang Michael was 'hired' by as menial henchman but has to keep from killing hostages by taking charge.
