When a legendary spy, now retired and long since cast out of the CIA, accidentally exposes himself to be living in Miami, a Russian Black Ops team comes to town to kidnap and torture him for what he knows. Catching wind, Michael decides to help- and together the two trek across Miami on a mission to get him back into Federal Protection.
