  • You can disembowel enemies, with their guts clearly seen hanging out of their bodies.
  • You have a Time Manipulation Device, a tool that can be used on enemies to literally age them into skeletons, with the process of decomposition shown very graphically.
  • You see a lot of dead bodies throughout the game, some of which are decades old, others which are very new and quite literally torn to pieces very graphically.
  • At a school, it's heavily implied that children were killed by monsters, a lot of appropriately sized, very old bodies are clearly seen throughout even if any sort of act is not.
  • When you shoot someone blood spurts out.
  • You can blown off any body part. Huge amounts of blood can be seen. Very, Very gory.

  • Creatures have scare and frighten look. Especially when attack you.
