Randy Orton comes out to a humongous ovation. The crowd chants "Randy, Randy". Randy says he didn't accept Edge's proposal to reform Rated RKO because he knows Edge, and all Edge wanted to do was control him. He claims edge fears Randy and he should. Meat Loaf is out|WTF?|. Meat Loaf acts like he's on speed, and begs Orton to let him sing a new entrance theme. Crowd chants "RKO, RKO" But Orton simmers them down, and grants Meat Loaf to let him sing a few bars. Meat Loaf acts like an annoying idiot, and me along with the crowd are just begging for an RKO, until Randy finally does it with meat Loaf taking it sloppily. Edge is out. Edge says Randy doesn't like celebrities and he doesn't blame him, because he doesn't either. Edge says he called WWE headquarters, and he complained. They tweeted Edge back and said they agreed, so from here on out guest hosts will have no authority on Raw. Edge says they need a permanent GM, and here comes Vickie!. She says despite her past with Edge, she is here to be a true professional. She says WWE will not condone of Randy attacking celebrities, and that Orton will be reprimanded. Orton asks Vickie to come down here and reprimand him to his face. Edge calls Orton a bully, and tonight he will face Edge in a handicap match. Picked up when Edge arrived, but it almost turned into a disaster with Meat-Loaf.

2 1/2 /5

Chris Jericho Vs David Hart Smith. Too short to amount to anything, but they did decently with the time they had, I suppose. Jericho wins and him and Miz get to face The Hart Dynasty at Over The Limit

1 1/2 /5

Edge is backstage talking to Batista. Cole speculates that edge is trying to recruit him for something.

R-Truth is out with tonight's guest host Flava Flav. Not worth mentioning

1/5

R-Truth Vs William Regal. Match is underway only shortly, before The Colon's interfere. Dibiase hands them an envelope. Nothing fancy, but it established The Colon's once more

1/5

Maryse|Who looks jaw-droopingly hot| is doing jui-jitsu training. The trainer critiques her technique and says she isn't trying hard enough. Maryse gets mad and beats up the trainer|She can beat up me any day|. Pointless, but great eye-candy.

1/5

Josh asks Randy if he's concerned about the match. Randy says there's not much he can do about it, so no. He says he'd like Vickie to come down to ring side, so it's a night she will never forget. Ooooohhh, kinky|Shivers|

2/5

Buzz Aldrin says he's taking the WWE Universe to the moon next week, and Henry hits him with a chair. More pointless plugging.

1/5

Zack Ryder Vs Evan Bourne. Gail and Alicia are at ringside, with Gail looking mighty-fine. More for storyline advancement than anything else. Bourne wins due to Gail interference.

1 1/2 /5

John Cena is out to a huge mixed reaction. He thanks Sheamus for his outburst because if it wasn't for him, he wouldn't have thought of The I-Quit scenario. He says the victory at Extreme Rules was creative|I concur| but his critics thought it was the easy way out. He's been called many things in his life, but he's not a coward. He thanks Sheamus once more, and tells the human jar of mayonnaise to come out|HA!!|. Sheamus is out. Sheamus threatens Cena and says he didn't think it through, but Cena says he'll take his chances. Sheamus calls him foolish, but it's all a ploy for a double team, before Henry makes the save. Excellent Mic work from Cena saved this segment.

2 1/2 /5

Edge is in the back with Vickie, and Edge claims he's found a partner. Edge wants to make it clear that this is clearly professional and that he said some awful things to her last time. Edge wants her at ring side, but Vickie declines and says Randy creeps her out. Edge says if Orton raises a finger to her, she can fire him. Edge's weasel act prevails to make this an effective segment.

2 1/2 /5

Tyson Kidd Vs The Miz. A squash surprisingly, and did nothing for either man to be honest. Kidd wins with a roll up, but Miz has something to say. Miz asks Kidd if he thinks he's won something. Miz says he knows Natayla wants to wrestle with him, but tells her to keep dreaming. It's announced Miz will wrestle Bret Hart in Toronto. Okay then....

1 1/2 /5

The NXT Rookies vs John Morrison, Yoshi Tatsu, Goldust and Santino Marella. Merely time filler, and average at that. Nice to see some underrated talent get time though. Bryan gets the upset victory.

2 /5

The Bella's whore it up with Flava Flav in the back. Marella and Kozlov are arguing in the back, while Regal calls Flava ridiculous and that he has no talent|I concur| Regal raps to hilarious results.

1 1/2 /5

Batista Vs Mark Henry. Match doesn't start because Batista attacks Henry with a chair, and puts him in some sort of submission. Yawn

1/5

Randy Orton Vs Edge and Ted Dibiase. They've killed the crowd, but the match isn't too shabby to be honest. This storyline has potential. Orton overcomes the odds, and goes into a slithering position to look at Vickie. He stalks Vickie a bit, looking at her psychotically. Edge tries to intervene, but gets an RKO for good measure, until Vickie has enough and says she resigns. Thank you Randy, as for the segment, pretty effective.

3/5

Bottom line. Another average Raw. It's been lacking again after the brilliant 3 hour draft show, let's hope they pick it up.

5/10
