Quotes

Damon Salvatore: Come on, we're leaving.
Elena Gilbert: No.
Damon Salvatore: I said we're leaving.
Elena Gilbert: I'm not going with you.
Damon Salvatore: You do not get to make decisions anymore.
Elena Gilbert: When have I ever made a decision? You and Stefan do that for me now. This-this is my decision now.
Damon Salvatore: Who's going to save your life while you're out making "decisions"?
Elena Gilbert: Damon, you're not listening to me. I don't want to be saved. Not if it means that Klaus is going to kill every single person that I love.
Damon Salvatore: Get your ass out the door before I throw you over my shoulder and carry you out...

Stupidities to Keep the Show Going on
18 October 2013 | by (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) – See all my reviews

Elena blackmails Rose to bring her to Slater to contact Klaus. When Rose finds her real intention, she calls Damon to tell Elena's plan. Meanwhile Stefan, Damon, Bonnie and Jeremy plots a scheme to retrieve the moonstone to save Elena from Klaus, but things go wrong when Jeremy decides to enter in the tomb to get the moonstone by himself alone. Tyler and Caroline find a video with Mason's transformation and they are shocked with the process.

"The Sacrifice" is a sequence of stupidities to keep the show going on. Elena's sacrifice for her family and friends does not work well with the wooden Nina Dobrev that shows no emotion and keeps the same indifferent face. Why need Elijah to use magic to locate Elena? The warlock Jones breaks in Elena's home to get objects that belong to her just to allow Elijah to locate the doppelganger Elena? Wouldn't be easier if Dr. Martin had given her address to the original vampire? It does not make sense. The best part is the relationship between Caroline and Tyler. My vote is five.
