When Serena tells Blair that she had to go to the morgue in Paris to identify a body thought to possibly be Chuck, Serena says to Blair: "Well, he did have blood on his wallet and you said you saw him limping- don't you think we should at least make sure he's okay?" However, Blair had never said anything about seeing him limping.
