"When Sam and Callen show the video of the girl buried alive with the faked glove, the girl's mouth is covered with a piece of duct tape. However, when the two open the coffin to rescue the girl, there is nothing covering her mouth." When Amanda was buried, unconscious, she had tape over her mouth. That's when the video was taken. When she woke up toward the beginning of the episode, she pulled the tape off of her mouth to scream for help. It didn't come completely off her face at that point, but since she was awake presumably for the next several hours, she could have pulled it all the way off. See more

Special Agent Kensi Blye
