Storyline

Defence Intelligence Agency Lieutenant Commander Chambers, an expert on president General Chavez's Venezuela, is missing since his meeting with immigrant Mexican Juan Munoz, who was killed about that time. The team must clear up both's fate before the arrival in LA of charismatic Venezuelan opposition leader Antonio Medina, whose pro-US attitude Chambers's statistic model questions.
