Saddened by the death of the Warblers' mascot bird, Kurt speaks out against Blaine singing every single solo. To his surprise, Blaine agrees and insists they perform duets, privately adding that's also an excuse to spend time together. Blaine also convinces Kurt's father it's time to contribute to his sexual education. Sue successfully spreads a rumor so as to trick Will into opting for originally composed songs, a very tall order, while her choir caters to the jury members' bizarre tastes. Fin coaches Rachel to write from real life emotions. Written by KGF Vissers

Original Song was actually AWESOME!
15 March 2011 | by (Lima) – See all my reviews

This episode was probably one of the best of the season! Singing, dancing, and laughter all around! The Rachel/Quinn/Finn story line just dragged on and on. I mean, really, just let Finn be with one girl and have the other find some other guy. I'm sort of tired of the "back-and-forth" between Fabsonerry.

But I am finally glad for Kurt and Blaine to end up together! I mean, even though they kiss, they are probably soul-mates and are kind to one another. Kurt finally telling Blaine off for singing all the solos (which it was about time) was nice. And I liked how they dealt with the situation of the two. And their singing was IMPECCABLE! Raise You Glass was one of the best performances of the night!

But I think the best performance was Mercedes' "Hell to the No" song! She had me laughing and dancing! And Puck's "Big-Ass Heart" was hilarious to watch!

But Glee did something that hasn't been done before in season 2: They moved you! During their "Loser Like Me" song, I was getting that feeling inside of me that just...I haven't seen since last season! It's warm and tingly, and it makes me feel good. And Kurt screaming and handing out the "L" hands in the middle of the song was great!

Kathy Griffin was a little over-the-top for the episode. But she was JUST LIKE Sarah Palin, which is what her character was intended for. And Loretta Davis' "Nun who was a stripper" was so funny! But Sue...she just...she was funny and stupid. You don't just punch a woman for losing. But hey, that's Sue Sylvester for you.

All in all, this episode was Glee at its finest! I loved every minute of it, and it kept me smiling and laughing and singing! I would DEFINITELY watch it over and over and over again! 10/10
