Did You Know?

To spoof the title which no longer matches the content of the series, in the second season the producers started adding self-deprecating jokes to the show's title card. The one for this episode read Do we have to do this joke forever? "Cougar Town". See more »

The One With Sardines In A Can...
7 June 2015 | by (Australia) – See all my reviews

I love this episode. It's one of my favorite episodes. Not only from this season, but from the entire series.

In this episode, since her TV is broken, Jules makes the gang play Sardines In A Can. Similar to Hide And Seek, but one person is the sardine. The others must find that person, and join them in their hiding spot. The last person looking for the sardine, is the loser. Ellie volunteers to be the sardine, but only so she can say things to Jules without Jules being able to respond. Meanwhile, Grayson and Andy get into a fight and Bobby brings his new girlfriend to meet the gang.

Title Gag: Do We Have To Do This Joke Forever?

Best part of the episode: When everyone hides from Jules with Ellie.

Worst part of the episode: When Andy gets tied to a tree.

Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Freaking Ridonkulous.
