When Scott wakes up and tries to start his truck, the fuel gauge needle can clearly be seen showing a full tank. In the next seen after the truck won't start - a second or two later - the needle is on empty. See more »

Coach Hand: Gentlemen, some players have talent, others have heart, but tonight I've seen players with talent who I didn't know had any, and others that have heart who I thought only had talent. The quality and standard of your life will not be determined by how well you play football, but by how well you confront adversity. Attitude! Gentlemen, if you keep playing like this I promise you, you will leave this field winners. Get in here.

Flashback To The Future

Scott Murphy was the quarterback for Coldwater high school. They referred to Scott as Mr. Football. This all took place in 1991. Scott always wanted to play for Ohio State University. His girlfriend in high school was Jenny, who was the cheerleader for the football team. Jenny was his high school love. My general view on this movie was it was a good movie. I liked the whole movie. I like how it always kept you on the edge on what was coming next. I liked the farm setting. The music in the movie really went with the movie. I thought the story line was very good. Everything went right along with the movie. The movie stayed right on top of everything. The Cold water football team was very influential on Scott. Scott's life-long dream was to go to school for football and go on to be a professional football player. He wanted to help his mom and give her money so she wouldn't have to work as much as she was. There was really nothing negative to the movie. I liked the whole movie. The coach was awesome he was always there for the football team and never let them down. Nothing was negative in this movie, in my opinion. I liked all the characters. Macy was kind of weird in the movie when it went back to the past. She acted like she didn't like him or really ever give him the time of day. Macy wasn't used to having attractive football players wanting to talk to her. Jenny his high school love was always being talked to and used to everybody wanting to talk to her. She was kind of snobby. All the other characters were pretty cool and laid back. His mother was always out to help others. My recommendation on this movie is it's a great movie. I loved it. I think it's a great movie if you like football and like a sweet sentimental movie. The characters all played their part very well. Coach Hand was played by Kurt Russell, he was the best actor for that part. I give this movie 5 stars because the whole movie was great. I recommend it to everybody, you will not be disappointed.
