The identity of the Fairview Strangler is finally revealed to us as a lowly youth named Eddie (Danny's new friend) and he has been interacting with the women of Wisteria Lane for the past several years. As a boy, he once caught Gabrielle and Carlos during an intimate moment which set off his voyeur habit of spying on couples making out. Five years earlier, Bree offered Eddie a job at her recently opened catering company as well as as some dating advice over his lack of social skills. Another few years earlier, Susan encouraged the maniac's passion for painting and artwork. And another few years earlier, Lynette showed Eddie some kindness and generosity over his troubled childhood over his own abusive mother. Written by matt-282

The Fairview Strangler
22 August 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Epiphany is another episode that contains a lot of flashbacks as we get to known the Fairview strangler that has been living together with the women at the Wisteria Lane neighborhood and how the mysterious character has affected their lives.Added to that,we also get to know also how these women also had an effect on him and shaped him as well. That person being discussed is no other than Eddie.

This happens to build up the up and coming season finale for the sixth season of Desperate Housewives. As we get to know Eddie, who started as a sweet kid when he was young but we later realize how he became an evil monster by developing a violent personality. We will certainly become more understanding of him and why he has committed atrocious acts when he grew up.It is definitely both chilling and it provides something new to the show.
