Storyline

Ryan calmly attempts to keep Barrett from firing the gun. Ginny talks to Steve about her plans for divorce. Alex moves his hand, but Iris doesn't see it. Elliot arrives at Ryan's office, and with Barrett distracted, Ryan grabs him. An eavesdropping Joe listens as Billy Joe tells Nita that he's going to Nashville to get another record deal for Elena. Ryan gains possession of Barrett's gun. Elliot gives Barrett the letter Roger Williams wrote before he died. Pete and Paige meet with Detective Donovan to clear Dennis in Chris' murder. Elliot explains to Barrett that Barrett and Roger each gave away bits of information while being tortured that only when used together ruined the escape attempt. Ryan suggests to Ginny that maybe Courtney can help Barrett. Elliot reassures Barrett that he wasn't a traitor and promises to keep the letter a secret if Barrett gets professional help. Alex squeezes Iris' hand. After his meeting with Elliot, Barrett loads his gun. Written by Skip Eastport
