Goofs | During the documentary it states that when Herod the Great ordered the Massacre of the Innocents he decreed that all male firstborn of Jewish parents be killed. This is incorrect. The death of the Jewish firstborn males occurred in the Old Testament ordered by the Egyptian pharaoh during the time of Moses. The Massacre of the Innocents was the mass slaughter of male children under three years old. See more » |
