Storyline

When the body of a rich adventure-seeker is found in a hotel laundry machine, Booth and Brennan are led to the last place he was seen: a Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp. While Brennan and Booth lead the investigation outside the lab, Hodgins, Angela and intern Arastoo use a fragment of prehistoric woolly mammoth tusk - found with the remains - and Angela's knowledge of the music industry to connect the evidence to potential suspects. Meanwhile, Cam looks for a doctor for her daughter Michelle. Written by FOX Publicity

Trivia

It is established that Booth views Led Zeppelin as one of the greatest rock'n'roll bands ever. Led Zeppelin is also heavily referenced throughout the episode. See more »

Goofs

When Booth learns that Bones once turned down tickets to a Led Zeppelin concert, he alludes to a concert tour in 2007. Zeppelin did not tour in 2007; the only concert at which they played that year was a one-night reunion event at the O2 Arena to honor the memory of late Atlantic Records executive Ahmet Ertegün. Quotes

Angela Montenegro: You know I have to say this whole finding ID by testicle definitely beats facial reconstructions.
Dr. Camille Saroyan: Does that prostheic seem overly large to you?
Angela Montenegro: Well, it isn't to scale, Cam.
Dr. Camille Saroyan: Guess it's... been awhile.

Rock on

A strange episode, even for BONES. The remains of a guitarist turn up in a laundromat, which leads B&B to a rock and roll camp, led by a very strange man. This proves the least interesting part of the episode, other than having B&B get up on stage to perform together at one point. The problem in dealing with a rock and roll plot is that everything can look dated or artificial even when the episode or movie is new. As a subplot, Cam goes looking for a doctor for her adopted daughter, which leads to some truly funny bits of business. The daughter is growing up fast, and it doesn't help that the doctor they visit is a handsome, single individual who is instantly smitten with Cam.
