Trivia

The title of this episode derives from the Johnny Mandel song written for the film MASH (1970) (and later used as the theme for the MASH TV series (1972)) which focuses on a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital during the Korean War. This episode centers around Owen's flashback to his time as an Army surgeon in Iraq. See more »

Goofs

When Dr. Owen has his third flashback of his tour in Iraq, after the I.E.D. goes off and the car flips, Owen makes his way out and sees a patient they had been transporting lying on the ground (around the 15:20 mark). When he looks toward the camera you can see he has an earplug in. After he leans over the patient and stands back up, it's gone. See more »
