Sex & Nudity

Brief conversation of how good a man is in bed.

A criminal is a rapist and is seen aggressively attempting to take off a woman's clothing in an effort to rape her (but he is stopped in the process and doesn't get very far).

A man and a woman fall through the ceiling, landing in a compromising position. He makes a lewd comment and she gets off him quickly.

Violence & Gore

The whole movie has people shooting each other and at each other.

Many people are killed.

One man's head is blown off. No blood or gore shown. Body seen in darkness. In unrated version, we shortly that his head is decapitated.

One of the criminal's body is seen after it has been experimented on. The viewing is brief, but slightly gory.

A few people are stabbed.

One character is stabbed in the chest (not shown), but he backs up into camera view and his shirt is seen getting bloody where stabbed.

Some people are seen finding bomb devices and then the bomb explodes, killing them.

A man shoots himself in the head .

A man shoves his cigarette lighter into another man's face, burning it.

An inmate is about to stab the woman but the main character thwarted him.

Profanity

At least one f-word and other cuss words such as G*d*mnit, sh*t, a**hole, and c*nt

One of the main characters is seen smoking a few times throughout the movie.

Rated PG-13: (for strong intense action violence, language throughout including some sexual references and disturbing content)

Not recommended for 15 and below if the film is unrated.
