- Two FBI agents show Peter a tape of a man and a younger woman walking into a building. They tell Peter that the man is having a "nooner" with a younger version of his wife and imply that he is paying for sex. Alex wears a pair of shorts that end just about mid-calf with some black nylons. When Neal tells Alex that they need a cover, she takes off her shorts, presumably so Peter will think Neal asked her for sex. She's also only wearing a tank top and her bra straps are visible. There are a few short shots in which there are nude statues. Neal has a conversation with Pierce in which she talks about "working with what she's got," implying sex. A woman wears a dress that leaves one shoulder exposed.

- A gunshot is heard, and a body is found on a floor. There is a little blood visible. A woman threatens to kill another woman if Neal makes any noise.
