Flashback to a man and woman in bed making out. No nudity.

Reference to jerking off.

I would like to add that there are also multiple photos on the wall, in the room with the heads, that are fairly graphic. Before you see them you see a vibrator.

Some hunting, nothing explicit.

Flashback to a battle in a war (possibly Iraq) with gunfights heard and explosions seen. Nothing explicit.

Two people are chased and shot at. Some explosions occur as well.

A man is shown repeatedly hitting another man with a large stick. His movement is shown, but no body.. Then he stabs the man with a knife (only shadows of the movement shown). The head of the man is shown rolling.

A man walks into a room where a lot of human heads are shown on shelves, many with lots of dried blood around the neck and eyes.

A man repeatedly punches a human head. Blood gushes out of the neck with each punch.

Two men fight, with lots of punching, throwing, and hitting each other with whatever they can find (axe, chair, etc.). It ends with one of the men stabbing the other. Pretty explicit, and a lot of blood is shown.

A long scene with a gun shootout. People are shot. One guy falls off a wall after being shot.

One man hits another man and a girl, and then shoots the man. He is then shot in the leg and then several times in the chest by the another man.

Lots of swearing. Mostly "f*ck" or some derivative.

Brief smoking in a flashback.
