Sex & Nudity

At the beach, men are seen in swimming shorts and women are seen in bikinis.

At the beginning of the movie, several women are topless on a boat for a few seconds.

At the very end, Sarah and Fitch make out and the scene fades in to the closing credits.

Violence & Gore

The Mega Piranhas consume two battleships and a nuclear submarine.

Fitch, shoots a pilot in the mouth with a flare gun, which causes the pilot's head to explode.

The Mega Piranhas kill at least five Puerto Ricans on a beach and manage to blow up two hotels.

An army of SCUBA divers armed with guns would make the huge fish bleed, causing them to enter a feeding frenzy and kill each other.

Fitch uses a homing beacon to attract a Mega Piranha, jumping out of the helicopter shortly before it is consumed by the fishy behemoth.

Fitch is pursued by Mega Piranha that ate the helicopter, eventually hiding in a reef where the Mega Piranha is unable to follow. When the piranha opens its mouth, Fitch shoots his gun at the helicopter still in the beast's jaws. The helicopter explodes, killing the piranha.

The other Mega Piranha converge on the bloodshed and Fitch is able to escape as the piranha enters a feeding frenzy and begin tearing each other to pieces, seemingly resulting in them wiping themselves out.

Profanity

Some minor swearing and name calling.

Some scenes show soft drug use.

The Mega Piranhas may scare some young viewers.
