- Non-stop killing with lots of blood, but no dismemberment.
- Very brutal kill moves that usually involve stabbing enemies in several places, snapping their necks, etc.

- This game is notorious for its heavy amount of profanity
- This extremely short and buggy game is somehow full of profanity. Almost every single line Marcinko says contains at least one f-bomb. When he gets shot, he usually says something about "Jesus Christ" and often talks about his "balls". Even the mission objectives and difficulty selection screen contain bad words.
- During the credits you will hear a rap featuring Marcinko's vulgar lines with at least 300 f-words
