Another The Bill episode directed by Karl Neilson, who directed numerous episodes of EastEnders and Coronation Street, and some of the Bill episodes two of the Frontline storyline, Conviction (Smithers gets off on attacking Devlin), and Time Bomb which is in a few episodes later.
As the title of my review, the rape victim, Janine Clark, is played by Fiona Ryan, who previously was Kate Glover (back in 2008 episode "Spilt Blood", sister of Sally Armstrong's girlfriend Mandy) who was another 16-year-old "possible rape" victim, found in alleyway, assumedly done by smug nightclub manager Iain Andain, and Callum Stone's own brand of justice is hardly the answer. Even Kate lied about her age and her sister gave her her own ID to gain access. They're own stupid fault!
Anyway, Janine hasn't got support from her mom, who angrily berates her as Janine refused to believe her boyfriend Mark is too arrogant, and that Janine obviously brought this on herself. Janine had previously kissed her boyfriend's, seemingly weak, mate: Greg Holbrook for her boyfriend's attention? Even Greg's mom keeps obstructing the interview reminder of Ross Trescott the deluded teenager who did rape June Ackland.
The guy Greg is played by Tommy Knight who I've seen in the Irish killer clown movie: Stitches (with Ross Noble).
