Cara's dilemma
24 September 2016 | by See all my reviews

Cara gets into problems, Ted Raimi's Sebastian is back, and Zedd meets his brother in a very entertaining episode for the "Legend of the Seeker".

Zedd's brother Thaddicus goes to Sebastian with some old things from his father. Sebastian thinks all is rubbish, but then he discovers something very valuable. Which will get both of them into trouble... Will Richard and the rest discover of their dire situation before it's too late?

This episode has two story lines and both are really good, with lots of plot development, good character development, and more than acceptable acting. Ted Raimi has never been a great actor, but he has enough charm to make his presence always welcome, and his pairing with Thaddicus is great, making their part of the story really fun. At the same time, Cara's problems make for lots of dark moments and difficult decisions, and Tabrett Bethell does a great job in portraying the character. Both parts of the episode complement each other really well.

"Hunger" is a great episode to start the second half of the season.
