Channel 4 does many good documentary like programmes showing clips of great TV, music videos and stuff, and this was quite an interesting one from ITV1. Narrated by Justin Lee Collins, this celebrates the best of the worst in the world of bad dancing on TV, with many well known TV stars, TV characters, pop singers and dancers, politicians, sports people, and many more. These people are included in comedy, drama, music programmes, reality TV, soap operas, sports, talent shows, and much more, all hilarious, cringing and wonderful to watch. These include Peter Crouch doing the robot, EastEnders' Mitchell brothers doing Kung Fu Fighting, funny moments on Strictly Come Dancing, and of course The Office's David Brent. It also includes a Top 5 Best Ever Worst Dance Crazes, with Los Del Rio's Macarena, The Gap Band's Oops Upside Your Head, The Bangles' Walk Like An Egyptian, The Tweets' The Birdie Song, and number one Black Lace's Agadoo. With contributions from Toby Anstis, Mark 'Bez' Berry, Lionel Blair, Jennie Bond, Strictly Come Dancing's Brendan Cole, Anton Du Beke, Brian Friedman, Jason Gardiner, Kate Garraway, Rufus Hound, Atomic Kitten's Liz McClarnon, Arlene Phillips, Ben Richards, Paul Ross, Lisa Scott-Lee, Bruno Tonioli and many more. Very good!
