Time to Step Up Your Binge-Watching Game - Netflix Is Expiring These Titles in May

It's that time again. Netflix has announced the titles it's getting rid of in May, and we're pretty bummed. Not only is Scrubs getting, well, scrubbed from the catalog, but we also have to say goodbye to nostalgic gems like Step Up, The Wedding Planner, and the entire Jurassic Park franchise. At least we have some fresh new movies and shows coming our way. May 1 11 Blocks Alfie Bang Bang! TV Ratings Report: Is There Hope for Once Upon a Time?

17 April 2017 6:07 PM, PDT | TVfanatic | See recent TVfanatic news »

Easter Sunday's ratings aren't the most exciting we've ever seen.

Not only are they padded across networks and timelines by repeats (and deservedly so given the holiday), but CBS spent two hours visiting the musical achievements of the Bee Gees. That might have been a winner.

We'll find out!

On ABC at 7, they had an hour for the kids titled Inside Disneynature: Wild. I'm not sure if Disneynature is different than other nature, but it pulled in a 0.6 with the 18-49 crowd and did marginally better with the 25-54 kids.

(Let me warn you right now. There isn't a single case, ratings-wise, in which the 25-54 crowd didn't outperform all others by at least a tenth, and in some instances (I'm looking at you, Stayin' Alive) over an entire ratings point. The young kids aren't watching TV like they used to.)

Still on ABC at 8pm, Once Upon a Time »

Jenny Slate is an actress and a writer, so it makes sense that she cares about getting her point across effectively. When E! News' Marc Malkin sat down with her to talk about her new movie, Gifted, she used hand gestures. Seriously, it was hard to press on, so cute were her various gesticulations. But we still gleaned some key facts from Slate, whose inimitable voice—which you know from Bob's BurgersZootopia, Marcel the Shell With Shoes On and much more—provided a perfect foil for our E!Q in 42. American Horror Story Season 7 Adds Billy Eichner to the Cast

28 March 2017 10:42 AM, PDT | DailyDead | See recent DailyDead news »

Viewers have watched him pound the pavement of New York City for years as the host of Funny or Die's Billy on the Street, the high-energy, unpredictable comedic pop culture game show, and now Billy Eichner will spend some time in Ryan Murphy's world, as the actor has joined the cast of American Horror Story Season 7.

Deadline reports the news of Eichner's casting on American Horror Story, revealing that he'll join returning cast members Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson, who have played numerous characters in the horror anthology series.

According to Deadline, Eichner will play "a close confidant of Paulson’s character and mostly will be wearing mysterious tank tops."

While official plot details for season 7 are unsurprisingly unknown at this time, American Horror Story co-creator Murphy told Andy Cohen this winter that the new season will start filming in June and is going to "be about the election that we just went through. »

‘American Horror Story’: Sarah Paulson Reveals Which Characters She’d Resurrect — Paleyfest 2017

During the final night of PaleyFest La, the always intense “American Horror Story” fanbase zeroed in on fan favorite Sarah Paulson, to the point that Kathy Bates took great pleasure in dubbing Paulson “the People’s Princess.” It was all in good fun, though, as the cast goofily bantered back and forth — and, in the case of Cuba Gooding Jr., twerked.

Unfortunately, executive producers Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear spent the night relatively secretive about the upcoming Season 7 of American Horror Story — all we know, so far, is that Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters will definitely be returning as leads, and that the season would have something to do with the 2016 election. Falchuk did say, though, that any fan of the series should “set your TiVo.” ‘

ABC's Once Upon a Time may be able to clinch a renewal, after all.

ABC: Once Upon a Time (3 million/0.9 rating) picked up a tenth, while Time After Time (1.9 million/0.4 rating) remained even. American Crime (1.6 million/0.3 rating), however, plunged to an all-time low.

The show has been renewed due to the awards love in the past, but something tells me this will be the final go around for the anthology series.

NBC: Little Big Shots (9.7 million/1.7 rating) went up two-tenths, while Chicago Justice (5.8 million/1.0 rating) and Shades of Blue (4.4 million/0.8 rating) were stable.

CBS: NCIS: Los Angeles (11.3 million/1.6 rating) and Madam Secretary (8.5 million/1.1 rating) look up, but their numbers are scrambled due to delayed start times.

‘Westworld’: Thandie Newton Rules PaleyFest Panel as Showrunners Confirm One Major Theory

“Just fucking stonewall them. Nothing!”

These were the words of encouragement that “Westworld” executive producer Jonathan Nolan issued to co-showrunner Lisa Joy on stage Saturday night at the show’s PaleyFest panel, as the duo fought off a wide array of questions about Season 2. While he maintained the Nolan family mandate of secrecy at all costs, Joy was tempted time and time again to reveal show secrets — but to no avail.

“We’re writing right now, and we’re terribly excited about what we’re writing,” Nolan said, noting they would have all the episodes written before shooting begins. “Reddit has already figured it out. So, the third episode twist, we’re changing that.”

During the panel (which also featured executive producer Roberto Patino, and cast members Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Ed Harris, Thandie Newton, and Jimmi Simpson), the creators and cast were peppered with questions about suspicions connected to Season 1 — Dr. »
