A few times in the film, mostly in the animated aspects, in a reference to his well known vice of being a womanizer, Bill Clinton is often trying to put his arms around Condoleezza Rice and Sarah Palin and making some innuendo around them and flirting with them, but then his wife, Hillary Clinton, arrives and slaps him on the face.

There is a boxing match in the late stages of the film between Ronald Regan and Barack Obama, and the latter, aside from fighting in the usual boxing manner, also knees Regan in the nuts twice, despite it being forbidden.

Hillary Clinton a few times slaps Bill Clinton upon catching him flirting with Sarah Palin and Condoleezza Rice (referring to his Womanizing problem.).

A few times, Hillary Clinton refers to Bill Clinton as a "Pig" in reference to his womanizing problem.
