Storing Spiritual Riches,Forgiveness And Repentance
1 June 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This is the second episode wherein it was centered on two parables of Jesus about his lessons towards materialism and forgiveness.Justin and Angie once again took turns in narrating parables.

Justin did the honor of telling the first parable about the rich man named Mulah. It was a parable about a rich man who is focused towards attaining riches in the world and neglected everything else. The extremity of his crass materialism was extremely unhealthy as he neglected everyone else in the world like his servants, his relationship towards others and God.Also, storing riches is what he is all about. When Mulah died,it was pointed out that his riches remained on earth and were given to the poor by the servants. Also, everyone in the Flying House learned about storing spiritual "riches" and making God a priority in life instead of earthly riches like Mulah did.

Angie told the second parable about the prodigal son named Ray.Apparently,Ray decided to get everything that he is going to inherit from his father and left home.Too bad that he wasted everything until he's got nothing left. When he was found himself taking care of the pigs,he decided to go back to his father and become his servant. But the father instead rejoiced and provided a party when he returned. This did not do well with Ray's older brother but nevertheless, the father explained the reason for his happiness. At the end of the parable, the residents of the Flying House learned about forgiveness and the joy it brings God whenever one truly repents for one's sins.
