The show opens with Sergeant Slaughter scheduled to wrestle Rick McGraw, but Sarge refuses to wrestle because the fans keep chanting, "Gomer! Gomer! Gomer!". So "Pretty Boy" Larry Sharpe takes Slaughter's place in the ring. A somewhat unusual match happens when the heel team the Moondogs faces another heel team composed of Johnny Rodz and the Black Demon. There is another tag team match that is somewhat competitive between Killer Khan and the Hangman against Rick McGraw and Dominic Denucci, although McGraw was a lower card wrestler and Denucci was past his prime. The show ends with Hulk Hogan wrestling Jim Duggan, which might sound like a good match, but Duggan was at the beginning of his career and working as a jobber, so he gave Hogan no competition.
