Trench should have at least been a three parter.
1 March 2013 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

The thing that bothers me so much about this show is how utterly incompetent the bad guys always are. If the Separatists were really that bad at fighting wars the Clone Wars would have lasted a few days. Why doesn't the Republic lose every once in a while? Since there over a hundred episodes, they could afford to have one episode a year where the Republic loses, without making the show depressing or calling little kid's beliefs into question too much. Even in Pokemon, Ash makes it to the Pokemon championship and loses.

Anyways, Admiral Trench was a good character, they should have let him develop a little more before killing him off.

Also, why do they treat General Grievous with such fear? He NEVER wins, and always runs away. He's only killed that one Mon Calamari padawan so far.
