Jason Priestley's children, daughter Ava and son Dashiell, already have their Halloween costumes picked out and luckily their list doesn't include Miley Cyrus.

The "Call Me Fitz" star stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Monday, where he weighed in on Miley Cyrus and explained how he would handle his 6-year-old daughter wanting to dress up like the headline-making 20-year-old.

Mipcom’s Profile Rises As TV Hits Golden Age

7 October 2013 7:52 AM, PDT | Variety - TV News | See recent Variety - TV News news »

Cannes — The global boom of upscale cast-driven drama has injected some glamour and timeliness into the Cannes-set Mipcom confab, turning it into a one-stop-launchpad for top sales companies.

The looming airstrike, which was eventually cancelled on Saturday, hasn’t kept market-goers from travelling to the French Riviera. Mipcom welcomes more than 13,000 participants, including 4,500 buyers — a 6% year-on rise through Thursday.  Partly due to its focus on Argentina, the market will have a strong Latin American presence, said Laurine Garaude, head of Reed Midem’s TV division. Africa and Russia are the other two emerging markets with participation numbers on the rise.

The sheer number of bigscreen talent and creatives who have made the trip to Cannes to promote their shows reflects the convergence of film and TV, and the bigger emphasis placed on international.

Elwood is executive producing with Bruckheimer and Jonathan Littman, while KristieAnne Reed is co-executive producing. While drama continues to be Bruckheimer TV’s forte (the company has high-profile new CBS series Hostages), the company also has been focused on expanding into comedy, selling 1-2 half-hour projects every season for the past couple of years. Bagel Nation joins Jbt’s drama Home, written by Aron Eli Coleite, which »
