"I wish you hadn't seen this"

Warning: Spoilers
Well, it seems we now know the who but not the how or the why.Hugo, Derrick and Suzy are all clearly involved in the people smuggling, although, braining Charlie aside, Hugo does seem to be an extremely reluctant partner. It's a huge anti-climax frankly, they've been dropping hints that Hugo's behind everything for about 200 episodes and it would have been a bigger surprise if he wasn't involved. At least we get an explanation for Bryant's actions in the previous episode which is a bit of a relief given how many unanswered questions there are.

In the midst of all this, we do thankfully get some nice character moments although typically all the characters with interesting story lines like Miles, Aden and Nicole have vanished completely. Xavier's concern for Hugo once he realises how serious things are is a nice moment and once both it seems Angelo is having to come to Martha's rescue. The flashbacks are a bit overdone but necessary in an episode as informed by the past as this one is.

What Home and Away finale of 2009

Warning: Spoilers
Although I don't watch Home and Away anymore, certainly was amazing as it was back over a decade ago. This year's finale seems quite as interesting and thrilling than former year (Angelo shot Jack and Melody at school formal), and better the two following years: Bianca rejects Vittorio (2010) and Jake P shot Charlie (2011).

I don't buy the whole subplot between Miles and Leah It hasn't been a long while since Kirsty left Miles who's wailing on the beach and missing. Also Xavier is like whiny one moment he hates Hugo then he's concerned about him via the continuous flashbacks he has.

When Charlie heads to Port Heron to check out the shipping container, there's scene with deciphered number she receives via text, creepy voice she quickly hangs up.

Whole episode with Hugo knocking Charlie unconscious dramatic music and "To be continued..." on screen really left me stunned.
