Follows three young, committed Public Defenders who are dedicated to working for the people society would rather forget. Long hours, low pay and staggering caseloads are so common that even the most committed often give up.
Excellent documentary! This would be Idea for a reality show!I think it would encourage other people that may have family with down syndrome. It wolud be more benefical then some of the reality shows already on. My partner and I were left wanting to see more, they were inspiring and gave great information regarding how people with down syndrome live normal produtive lives. My partners aunt has down syndrome and just like the parents of David and Monica her mother has a hard time trusting her with others. And because people aren't educated about people with down syndrome I think opening up the way Monica parents did was awesome because it can change those who are ignorant, also helping and pathing a way for families to feel more at ease when letting go and allowing their loved one the independence they deserve and desire both being rightfully so. Thank you so much for sharing with us David and Monica Good luck and God bless.
