Girl, no gun
matthaug200219 October 2011
Jean Luc Godard famously wrote that to make a film you need 2 things: a girl and a gun. In "Missing You" film auteur Andrew Ching has delivered on the girl, but where is the gun?

In 'Missing You" Andrew Ching reveals the truth--that real journeys are not to someplace new. The real journey brings us back to our inherent nature.

Like Odysseus and the suitors, when we are absent things tend to fall apart.

The purpose of film is not to go somewhere.

The purpose of film is to come home.
