Teenager Kevin Hensler is arrested driving like mad in the sports car of his passenger, who managed to escape: known drug dealer Carl Benson, whom he swears forced him at gunpoint. In the trunk is the corpse of census taker Christian Perez, who had no enemies and didn't die from his profuse head-wounds but from rat poison. Ryan and Natalia are nearly killed by a boobytrap in Kevin's broke father's former house, which turns out to be the drug lab where Kevin made meth for Benson. The boy tells about the dealer's other lab, where Jesse handles another bomb just before it would have killed him and Walter. Written by KGF Vissers

Paula Olsen: False imprisonment?
Paula Olsen: I should have put her on the slow boat to Haiti when I had the chance.
Calleigh Duquesne: What you should have done is treat her with basic human dignity.

Calleigh Duquesne: [to officer] Cuff her, please.

This Episode Is 'The Bomb'
7 March 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

"Ryan Wolfe" and "Natalia Boa Vista" go investigate where a census taker was killed (after finding him in a trunk of a runaway car) and wind up getting blown up by a bomb in the house, a place that was used as a Meth lab.

There are two major characters in this episode, both young guys in the Meth-making business and one of them is a killer.

There are two minor characters, who happen to reside next door, a Haitian immigrant and the woman who is her boss. That woman - "Paula Olson," played by Kathleen York - is one of these people you see on this show here and there that is totally unbelievable. No woman would act and talk like this. It's ludicrous but at least she isn't a big part of this story.

At the end of the show, we see Natalia struggling with her hearing. That bomb blast, even though she won't admit, has damaged her. This could be a stretched-out storyline as I recall from the early days with "Gil Grisson" on CSI (Las Vegas).
