We learn the harsh truth about Billy's childhood, and see he had a harsh young life, we also see the result of his trial.
It's a slight improvement over the first episode, but the same issues stand, there are far too many expert testimonies, far too many people expressing opinions. I find I'm more interested in what the sister is saying, than most of the others.
It's a fascinating story, was Billy truly suffering from multiple personality disorder, or was he cleverly playing the system, using his influences from the past to shape the characters.
It's not bad, I would just have to say I find it over produced. 6/10.
