It's finally that time of year we get all the trailers for Sundance films. Up next is one of my favorites of the fest, a legal/financial thriller called Arbitrage directed by up-and-comer Nicholas Jarecki, starring the one-and-only Richard Gere. This "crackling thriller" is about a hedge fund billionaire in New York who gets into a bit of an accident that puts him on the precipice of a complete corporate disaster. The supporting cast: Tim Roth as a Detective, Brit Marling as his daughter, Susan Sarandon as his wife, Josh Pais, Laetetia Casta and Nate Parker in a key role. They Do give away the "big twist", but there's more to see. Watch the first official trailer for Nicholas Jarecki's Arbitrage, in high def from Apple: Arbitrage, the feature-directing debut of writer Nicholas Jarecki (The Informers, The Weight), is a taut and alluring suspense thriller about love, loyalty, and high finance. »
