Like Carrozza's shorts Little Red Riding Hood and Dream House, this documentary was produced on a very low budget (about $1500) and Carrozza has not left Massachusetts for its production though he may visit Hong Kong and Taiwan for some additional film materials for the final version including Mou's first two Taiwanese films.
