A young artist (Hannah Rose Fierman) loses her creative prowess and will not rest until she can create again. Her compassion and character are put to the test when life meets death. For her, beauty is the great equalizer. Death and Beauty is a narrative short film contemplating the social boundaries we create for ourselves and others. Wills are pushed to the edge while testing one's character when bad social dynamics ignite between herself and her neighbors (Oliver Brooks, Naim Omari, and Lili White). This often happens very close to home, sometimes inside our homes. What is expected of our humanity in these situations? What is expected of us in maintaining our identities? Death and Beauty explores these quandaries. Written by
