The Mr. Bob Dobalina reference is not a reference to Zilch its a reference to Del tha Funkee Homosapien. This is more logical due to the fact that Sean grew up in the late 80's early 90's and often makes other references to other underground and popular rappers from his childhood, and the song would have debut when he was in highschool.
