Factual errors: When Det. Russel arrests Rowe, she tells him that they have everything on camera, which is enough to make him eligible for the death penalty. However, former Illinois Governor George Ryan overturned the death penalty in 2003. Regardless of evidential proof, Rowe could not be sentenced to death if proven guilty.See more »
