Trivia

In this episode the cast is filmed on a high definition camera. It shows up the flaws in Liz and Pete's appearance, but portrays Jack as youthful and handsome. The image of a younger Alec Baldwin is actually taken from his film The Hunt for Red October (1990) - if you look closely you can see that the dark suit high-definition Jack is wearing is actually a naval officer's uniform with the rank badges and insignia digitally removed. Jack's office is also decorated with various pictures and models of naval ships which may also be a subtle reference. See more »

Goofs

Having looked at the list of previous EGOT winners, Grizz, Dot Com and Kenneth conclude that they're all composers. In actuality only three (Marvin Hamlisch, Richard Rodgers, and Jonathan Tunick) are composers, while five are best known as actors (John Gielgud, Whoopi Goldberg, Helen Hayes, Audrey Hepburn and Rita Moreno) and two (Mel Brooks and Mike Nichols) are best known as directors. Dealbreakers Talk Show #0001 (#4.7)
3 December 2013 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

It is time for the Dealbreakers talk show and Jack feels pressure from Devon for it to work perfectly. This makes him turn Liz into a version of Jenna. Frank takes charge of the writing team. And Tracy wants to have a baby girl and needs to convince his wife.

I loved how they made two characters take over another persona. There is Liz going totally Jenna and Frank who becomes more like Liz. I especially laughed about Frank. Such a transformation! And Tracy saying that Liz is getting hotter was especially funny.

The story about Tracy wanting a girl was not that funny, but it was watchable, had some good moments and definitely didn't ruin the episode.
