At the beginning of the episode, Neil and Mozzie are sitting at the table looking at the bottle. Neil gets a call from Peter to come downstairs so they can go to the church. He is wearing a blue shirt, red tie, and a gray vest as he heads out of his place and down the stairs. When they arrive at the church, Neil is now wearing a black tie, dark striped shirt, and a suit jacket. He never had time to change his clothes before leaving. The first outfit doesn't show up again in the episode, he remains in the second outfit for the rest of the "day".

Factual errors

The organized crime division agent corrects Agent Burke, saying the shell casing found at the crime scene was .22 caliber, where the casing shown was clearly a center fire round, most likely 9mm based on the size.

Revealing mistakes

The wine bottle shown is supposed to be a Bordeaux bottle, yet the shape is clearly wrong (it corresponds to a Bourgogne wine instead).
