Storyline

As Boyd investigates Sandra's demise Ellen, Linda's lover and fellow patient says she saw Dr. Mohammed bury Sandra. It transpires that David, confusing Sandra with his brutal mother, accidentally killed her and Mohammed got another patient to help bury her.David killed McCarthy for opposing his relationship with Sandra and Mohammed made it look like suicide. Linda stages a riot,taking over the control room and trapping Mohammed in the gym with David, who kills him, and using the confusion to escape.She abducts Grace and Penny , ending up on top of the building where Luke died and where Boyd now finally rids himself of Linda.

This wouldn't happen on a live call as there would be no way of knowing how long the call would last, indicating that the video on the phone has been pre-recorded.
