I really love this episode. It's really funny. Stan always promises to hang out with Roger, but he never does. So when Stan is sent on a CIA assignment to convince the dictator of Isla Island to sign a treaty. But Stan accidentally kills the dictator, General Juanito Pequeño, by telling him to eat the whole corn dog. That's just silly. You're gonna choke. But he actually didn't choke, he died falling down an upwards escalator. Then Stan gets Roger to dress up and pose as the dictator. And we all know that Roger loves to dress up and play other people. Unfortunately, Roger's criticisms of certain things like the food or dusty floors ends up getting the servants killed, forcing Stan to trick Roger into signing the treaty pre-emptively. Being tired of Stan always using and abusing him, Roger decides to stay on Isla Island and continue posing as the general. Overall, I give this episode a 9 out of 10.
