Primetime Emmy Awards Winners

On Sunday night, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has announced the winners of the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards, which was hosted by Jimmy Fallon ("Late Night with Jimmy Fallon"). 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards Winners

The 2010 Emmy Awards took place at the Nokia Theater Live in Los Angeles last night. It was a huge night for the superb Mad Men and the comedy Modern Family, both of which picked up the main awards on the night.

“To our fans, we are so grateful, we are so thrilled that families are sitting down together to watch a television show, and we’re so happy that you have let us into your families,” said Steven Levitan, Modern Family executive producer said.

Man Men picked up is third award for Best Drama, with creator Matthew Weiner dashing to the stage to pick up the gong.

“I knew one day I would run somewhere and win a trophy,” He said.
