Storyline
The LAPD contacted NCIS after finding in Marina Del Rey the unidentified corps of a Russian girl, the last person Callen saw before being shot in Venice Beach (NCIS, Legend, Part II, Season 6, Ep. 23). She carried a memory stick with recent clumsy surveillance pictures, mainly of Callen. The professional killer avoided security cameras, but missed her virtual back-up. She was after Callen and his DEA and CIA partners in Cossack, a 10 year old European mission against the Russian mob. Both others died the day he was shot. The KGB contact then, Arkady Kolcheck, is now an Angelino security consultant. He claims he sent the girl, Alina Rostoff, the daughter of one of Callen's foster parents when he was 14, to warn him for the mob's US petroleum deal partner John Cole. The team focuses on his refinery. Written by
