Storyline
Michael tries to assert himself in his new role of Director of Surgery and in light of a visit from the Department of Health tries to steal Connie's thunder on her pioneering robotic surgery but fails and Connie gets a promotion to Director of Robotics. Maria struggles with getting used to being paralysed and Penny finally manages to get a day on AAU. Michael also tests Ric's patience with the moving of surgeries from Michael to him without notice.
