Vincent Spano returns as FBI Agent Dean Porter in a finely-crafted episode involving murder, drugs, the CIA, and breast implants. Spano's Porter is eager to solve the case at all costs as well as rekindle a "spark" between him and Olivia (Mariska Hargitay) which started in earlier episodes.Because of Porter's interest in Olivia, Elliott (Chris Meloni) shows a sign of jealousy, allowing the writers to give Meloni some choice sarcastic comments. The installment gives Richard Belzer a few more scenes than he has been getting recently; unfortunately, Ice-T and Stephanie March are basically "missing in action". Recurring actor Joel de la Fluente features prominently in episode, also.
